15 Minutes From the Boardwalk: Five-Bedroom Rehoboth Beach House

Hordes of DC residents are making the trek this weekend to one of three Delaware beaches — Rehoboth, Dewey and Bethany. If you are one of those beach-goers that needs to be close to boardwalk fries and Skee-ball, this five-bedroom house in Rehoboth could qualify as your dream home. While not beachfront property, the listing is located about a 15-minute walk from the boardwalk where one can satisfy the needs mentioned above.

Surfboard Does Not Convey: Three-Bedroom Venice Beach Bungalow

The walk to the water is a little bit longer, but this three-bedroom bungalow on the left coast will probably be most readers’ favorite. The three-bedroom bungalow is located in Venice, one of the more eclectic sections of Los Angeles. We’ll let the listing photos speak for the property, but a feature that we feel compelled to mention is the home’s outdoor living room — not going to find many of those on the east coast!
