Real Estate Winner? Charlie Sheen’s L.A. Pad Hits the Market

by Jacqueline Zenn

Embattled actor Charlie Sheen is famous for a lot of reasons these days, but high-end real estate has not been one of them. However, Sheen has now put his five-bedroom, seven-bath Mulholland Estates home on the market for $7.2 million, and judging from the listing, it could be described as having the housing equivalent of Adonis DNA.

The Mediterranean-style, 7,294 square-foot mansion nicknamed “Sober Valley Ranch” was built in 1992, and among its many amenities are an outdoor kitchen, pool, spa, tennis courts, and screening room.

We couldn’t find any photos of the interior but you can see some of it in Charlie’s home video. There are also shots of the outdoor patio and dining area.

Marty Trugman at Beverly Hills-based Teles Properties has the listing, which is located in a gated community on a secluded stretch of Aubrey Road (map) off Mulholland Drive in Los Angeles.

Tiger blood infusions are not included in the listing price.

Update: The prospective buyer could not be more appropriate (or inappropriate, depending on how you look at it).

Wow, this property is gonna attract some buyers! I’m not sure how much exactly, but it’s gonna make him a nice amount of money, considering how much popularity he gained during previous months.
