Keith Gibbons is the author of DC Housing Prices, a site that offers amazing data analysis of home and condo prices in DC. And it now appears that he is interested in buying a new home.

I love Keith’s blog. Between his and Urban Turf I kind of feel like I have a clue about what’s going on in the DC market.
