Charles M. Goodman, the designer of National Airport, designed this three-bedroom and several other houses in the Hollin Hills section of Arlington. Along with modern design, Goodman homes are built so that the tree lines provide plenty of privacy to go along with the large windows. This home has many of the classic characteristics of a modern house with its open floor plan and butterfly roof.
