New Row House Condo Project in Logan Circle Opens Its Doors

1335 R Street NW at night
Those that have driven on the block of R Street between 13th and 14th Street this year, have probably seen the evolving construction of The Residences at 1335 R Street. Construction on the row house condos started in February on a plot that sits adjacent to an alley next to the Whitman-Walker Clinic.
The new two-unit project had its first open house this past weekend, and UrbanTurf stopped by to take a look. The project consists of a pair of three-bedroom, two-level condo units, each just over 2,100 square feet, each with enclosed parking in the back. While these are not for buyers that aren’t in the market for a luxury unit (the lower-level listing is priced at $1.2 million, the upper for $1.4 million), the windows alone (see shot from the upper-level master bedroom below) are pretty enticing.
