In the Market? Here’s How Much It’ll Cost You in Maryland

This is the second installment of our three-part series that will give our readers an idea of how much it costs to buy in certain DC, Maryland and Virginia neighborhoods. In each of these articles, we will provide the median sale price for properties, median price per square foot and the number of homes currently for sale.     Not sure if was bias on your part but it seem as if you left a big part of Maryland suburb of the list.  I’m referring to Prince Georges county which is in fact borders DC. Was it your intention to not include PG because if you had, it will make prices in Maryland less than VA or DC. Most people in Montgomery County act as if they are the only Maryland suburb to DC.  I just want to know your justification.
