Not sure if was bias on your part but it seem as if you left a big part of Maryland suburb of the list. I’m referring to Prince Georges county which is in fact borders DC. Was it your intention to not include PG because if you had, it will make prices in Maryland less than VA or DC. Most people in Montgomery County act as if they are the only Maryland suburb to DC. I just want to know your justification.
