This week we look just below the $1 million price point and find a 2,300 square-foot three-bedroom condo in the building that was formerly the Chinese Embassy on 19th Street. The thing that most people will take notice of in this property is the enormous wood paneled living/dining room that looks like the lounge for an old fashioned athletic club.
