"If I Had $1 Million" Listing: Four-Bedroom Vicorian Row House in U Street Corridor
For this week’s If I Had $1 Million listing we look at a four-bedroom row house that is representative of a U Street Corridor from another era. While this is a neighborhood that has seen plenty of new construction, it is always nice to see that the area still has well-maintained properties like this four-level, 1893 row house. The home maintains much of its original character, even though the kitchen, bathrooms and roof deck have all been renovated. Our favorite room is the loft-like living space on the top floor that leads out to the roof deck. The home also has a large one-bedroom rental suite on the ground floor and two off-street parking spaces. More details and photos below.
