“If I Had $1 Million” Listing: Four-Bedroom 19th-Century Row Home in Logan Circle

This week’s If I Had $1 Million listing is a four-bedroom row house in Logan Circle that was built in the 19th century, and despite extensive renovations in 2006, the home still includes much of the original architecture. The living room, while not enormous, is a good size for entertaining guests and has built-in bookshelves and an alcove with bay windows. The eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a good-sized square island. In the 2006 renovation, two bedrooms were converted to create a master suite with a custom-built walk-in closet. Lastly, there is a lower level in-law suite and a large deck that would make a great space for barbecues. More details and photos below.

Awesome bedrooms. I almost like the second better than the master.
Two words: shift lens…
Beautiful!
My, how things change. When I was a Howard U student back in the ‘70s, I had to change buses in front of the Logan Circle houses… Most were boarded up, and there were hookers plying their trade outside. A million bucks? You could have gotten it for $50k—sure wish I had….......
