How Much to Live in a Lake Tahoe Ski Villa?
In honor of the snow that just started falling and to make all those skiers and snowboarders out there jealous, we head out to Lake Tahoe for this week’s price-guessing game. In this installment, we offer up a five-bedroom property not far from the slopes.

This home is located on two lots in Squaw Valley and offers some amazing views of the valley itself. In addition to an enormous great room, large kitchen and exercise room, the home also has some great apres-ski amenities including a meditation room, a large boulder fireplace and an outdoor patio with a hot tub and fire pit.
Post your guesses in the comments section below. We recommend erring on the high side of whatever price range you have in mind. And remember, be fair and don’t do any research of your own.

5 BRs out in Tahoe? But not ski-in/ski-out. Even without a square footage or acreage count, I’d guess probably about $11 million.
