Friday's "If I Had $1 Million" Listing

We showed this $1.5 million four-bedroom listing to five people and all agreed that it would not be on the market very long. Who really knows in this market, but the fact that the home is split into three separate units, two of which could be rented out, makes it a very enticing investment.

Located between Dupont Circle and Logan Circle, the main section of the home has a living room on the main floor that leads into an open kitchen with a spacious counter and a breakfast bar.
