This week’s “If I Had $1 Million” listing is a three-level, two-bedroom, plus den penthouse in an extra-wide Victorian rowhouse in Logan Circle. While $1 million may seem like a lot to pay for a two-bedroom w/den unit, this property justifies the price tag. The penthouse has an enormous open living and dining area with double height ceilings and a small nook for a desk surrounded by windows.
