This week’s “If I Had $1 Million” listing is a three-bedroom colonial in Cleveland Park. The first floor of this home is its true asset with a kitchen that opens to an outdoor deck area and a sun room that opens to a landscaped yard. There is also a living room on this level that has huge windows and a wood-burning fireplace. The three bedrooms are on the second floor and there is a large finished attic that could be used as a home office. Street parking is plentiful in this section of the neighborhood, but the home also has a one-car garage. Originally listed at $1.395 million, the price has dropped $145K in the last three months.
