Lower level units are not usually at the top of most buyer’s list during the housing search, but these listings can be good options for those that want to live in prime neighborhoods, and can’t pay the going rate for most of what is on the market. This Deal of the Week falls into that category.

    Regardless of what level it is on, that is a good price for the neighborhood.

    That is a beautiful unit!!! 

    The price range is right in my wheelhouse for an 80/15/5 condo loan.  No mortggage insurance 5% down, close it in two weeks.

    That very nice patio makes up for it being lower-level, especially because it has real windows and looks to be only partly below grade.  I am curious about how financing is working these days for “boutique” condo buildings with only a few units.  An article idea for UrbanTurf?
