Deal of the Week: One-Bedroom Penthouse on Logan Circle (With Parking)

by Mark Wellborn

For this week’s Deal of the Week, we find a one-bedroom penthouse on Logan Circle that has that one amenity that all home owners are looking for in this neighborhood: a parking spot. The top level unit has a gas fireplace, skylight, hardwood floors and an in-unit washer/dryer, and even with the parking space, the unit has a very low monthly condo fee. Monthly payments on this unit are only about $300 more than you would pay to rent a comparable apartment in the area. For the full listing, click here.

Being on the Circle and having parking, I would definitely say this is a deal. I rent a one-bedroom in the neighborhood and pay $1,800…

This is a great deal. Love that block. Having a parking spot right there is key.

Toured this over the weekend. Small - just over 600 sq. ft., no storage and talk about a walk up(seemed like 8 flights). Totally livable and prob a good deal considering parking but I’d rather live a bit off the circle with more space.
