After over 20 years of living at this Logan Circle one-bedroom condo, the current owner is moving abroad, and the listing has garnered more than a little bit of interest since hitting the market.

   Not a fan of bottom level units but I’d be all over this one if I had the money. Right on the circle and that kitchen is unbelievable at this price point. I’m sure it will go over asking.

   does anyone know how much it went for?  even as an investment this is a great deal.  this place can be rented out for 2200 at least…
