Deal of the Week: Logan Circle One-Bedroom Garnering A Lot of Attention

24 Logan Circle NW
After over 20 years of living at this Logan Circle one-bedroom condo, the current owner is moving abroad, and the listing has garnered more than a little bit of interest since hitting the market.
The 700 square-foot unit sits right on the circle itself and unlike a lot of condos, it has its own entrance from the street. The living room has built-in book cases and space for the massive TV which conveys with the condo, and the kitchen is large, nearly the size of an average single-family home kitchen.
The bathroom also has a large steam shower, and the unit has a high efficiency “point of use” hot water heater and washer/dryer combo.
Unclear if it is the unit’s layout, location, price or a combination of the three, but we have heard that the unit has already received a number of offers.

I think it has at least five offers on it.
Not a fan of bottom level units but I’d be all over this one if I had the money. Right on the circle and that kitchen is unbelievable at this price point. I’m sure it will go over asking.
The kitchen is great but the stains of the wood is so drastically different.
I think it’s gone already!
does anyone know how much it went for? even as an investment this is a great deal. this place can be rented out for 2200 at least…
Hey Mary,
Not sure what the price was, but we know it went under contract in the last day or so and are hearing that it went for above its asking price.
