If you were on this year’s Capitol Hill House and Garden Tour, then this week’s Deal of the Week probably looks familiar. And the garden, as well as the square footage that you get for the price, is what puts this three-bedroom home in the Capitol Hill historic district in deal territory.

Owned by the same person for 50 years, the home is being sold “as is” but don’t take that label to mean that it is rundown.
