Deal of the Week: Five-Bedroom in Logan With A Lot of Potential
While some readers may take issue with a property that is listed for almost $1 million being featured as a Deal of the Week, we think that we can make a pretty good case for this week’s home. For one thing, because this five-bedroom Victorian in Logan Circle is zoned for commercial, office or residential use, the lower level of the property could be turned into an office, a storefront or a two-bedroom rental. Also, at 4,500 square feet, the deal that the eventual buyer is getting on a price per square foot basis ($219) is quite good given the home’s location (Logan Circle square footage rates are usually double that). And lastly, the home (assessed at $1.082 million) is listed for well below what it sold for in 2007. For the full listing, click here.
