Deal of the Week: A Small House With Extra Hideouts

7303 Flower Avenue
This installment of Deal of the Week may seem to be on the small side, but a couple extra spaces make it a comfortable option.
The two-bedroom home takes up quite a small portion of the large Takoma Park lot it sits on. With only 912 square feet, it’s about as large as a downtown condo.
However, the home has a few qualities and some extra hideaways that increase its livable space. A ladder in the master bedroom leads up to a cool loft that could be used as an office, a reading area or just a getaway. In the backyard, a path from the main house leads back to a sizable shed that can help with storage and probably be turned into a usable workspace.
As for price, it isn’t the best bargain you are going to find in Takoma Park, but the size of the lot and the additional storage space make it a deal in our eyes.
More details and photos below.
Update: This home was also a good deal in the eyes of someone else. It went under contract on Monday night.
