Deal of the Week: A Logan Circle Steal in More Ways Than One
For this installment of Deal of the Week, we find an 1,100 square-foot two-bedroom in Logan Circle that has a number of attributes making it worthy of this feature. The first is price per square foot. At $496, it is a solid $30 lower than the average price per square foot in the neighborhood, and if you factor in that the listing price includes parking, it looks like an even better deal. The second is the layout. While the bedrooms will not be the largest that you will find in the neighborhood, the living room has a loft-like feel with high ceilings, hardwood floors and a fireplace. Lastly, is the unit’s location. The block of R Street where this unit is located is smack in the middle of Logan Circle, three blocks north of Whole Foods and three blocks south of the U Street Metro on the Green Line.
