For this installment of Deal of the Week, we find an 1,100 square-foot two-bedroom in Logan Circle that has a number of attributes making it worthy of this feature. The first is price per square foot. At $496, it is a solid $30 lower than the average price per square foot in the neighborhood, and if you factor in that the listing price includes parking, it looks like an even better deal. The second is the layout. While the bedrooms will not be the largest that you will find in the neighborhood, the living room has a loft-like feel with high ceilings, hardwood floors and a fireplace. Lastly, is the unit’s location. The block of R Street where this unit is located is smack in the middle of Logan Circle, three blocks north of Whole Foods and three blocks south of the U Street Metro on the Green Line.     Thanks for the photos.  The listing site doesn’t have pics.  They can’t be too quick to sell if the agent doesn’t take time to post photos.

    If the kitchen is any indication of the bathroom, then the whole place is due for some major updating. At $494/sqft I don’t know that’s a deal.

    Condo fee is $200, which is okay.

    The savior is that a parking space conveys, which maybe just puts this listing at a decent price.

    Agent John Lumsden - where are the photos? In this day and age, photos should available and plentiful. There is only the main exterior image on public internet sites.
