In this week’s edition of Best New Listings, we look at a Lanier Heights condo in a townhouse with a large front porch, a five-bedroom in Kalorama with a billiards room (and wraparound porch), and a two-bedroom row house with a double-decker porch near the H Street Corridor.

The best part, the agent tells us, is the very large front porch of the building and the abundant natural light streaming through the space.
