American architect Charles Goodman designed a number of projects in the DC area during his career including the original National Airport and the River Park co-op development in Southwest where this three-bedroom is located. The noteworthy features of the 1,400 square-foot listing are the floor-to-ceiling windows, the floating staircase and a small brick patio off the main living area. Last week, we profiled the Maryland neighborhood of Chevy Chase, an upscale suburb in the DC area. This five-bedroom home is located in the Martin’s Addition section of Chevy Chase, which hugs the DC border.
