There is an in-unit washer/dryer, building concierge, as well as not one, but two garage parking spaces (a must amenity in this neighborhood if you have a car). There is now a spacious family room and kitchen area as well as a large master bedroom suite.    Windows and the space in general is great, but those condo fees are def high. That is probably do to the two parking spaces, but still, you are paying a high monthly premium to live there.

   How much would the parking space rent for, assuming the buyer only needed 1? That could be a way to defray the costs, but I agree, this is a pricey unit. I like the design though.

   I wonder if there are 1 BRs at Quincy Park with a similar layout and a similar balcony to this one that appears to be a nice size—and covered.  Looks really good for the lucky person that can afford such a place.  Maybe the soon-to-graduate law student with no debt and a huge down payment would like this one.

   That $740 condo fee is beyond ridiculous.  What are you getting for that money? 

   It’s not for the two parking spaces.  The condo price should reflect the two parking spaces, not the condo fee.  At least not in a significant way.
