High-end condo buyers in DC have a new listing to feast their eyes on this weekend.

A duplex at the Ritz-Carlton in Georgetown with over 6,100 square feet of interior living area and 3,000 square feet of outdoor terrace space hit the market on Thursday for $13.95 million. It is currently the largest and most expensive condo on the market in the city.

In addition to terraces that open from almost every room in the unit, the penthouse has a private elevator, a fitness center and comes with four valet parking spaces. There is a master suite with two dressing areas, and three additional bedrooms. The roof terrace has views from Key Bridge to the Kennedy Center.
